2014

Celia is currently working on three commissions for Tintern Sacred Sounds Festival on July 18th at  St Michael’s Church:

A setting of “Deep Peace” for Cantorion Sanctaidd

“The river of life” (texts from Revelation and Ecclesiastes) for solo voice (Ros Keating) and solo violin (David Juritz)

plus a setting of a mediaeval Riddle Song for voice and violin."

Celia is delighted to have a commission from famous Northumbrian smallpipes player Kathryn Tickell for a piece for her new ensemble "The Side".

She also has a commission to set an Advent poem for SSATB.

She is writing a musical nativity play for 4-7 year olds to be performed in a Hanwell junior school next Christmas.

There are several more commissions in the pipeline for 2014.
